The Menopause Effect is a passion project that West Island Digital founder Trudy Rankin and her friend, Sharon Langshaw started. They went through menopause at a time when no one was talking about it. And they wanted to help other women who are struggling with the impact menopause is having on their lives.
Sharon has since moved on to other projects, but Trudy’s main business is her lead generation course and coaching practice and she is involved in a few more projects as well.
We (Trudy and her team) sometimes use affiliate links. That means that if you click a link from her email or website and make a purchase, we may make a commission at no extra cost to you, for which we thank you. We also include links to products and services that we have no affiliate relationship with.
We are pretty picky and we only link to products and services that we actually believe offer good value for money. If Trudy or one of the team use something and think it will help you, we will link to it, regardless of whether we make any money from doing so.
In the emails we send out, we will also sometimes include paid ads. These are clearly marked with the words ‘paid ad’. We haven’t tried all of these products, so we can’t always give personal recommendations. However, we will have done our best to make sure any paid ad is for something we think you will find useful.
